2. Content Archival Policy (CAP)
MMRDA Department maintains online archives for a period to allow for the retrieval of content which has expired.
Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority maintains online archives for a period of 20 Years to allow for the retrieval of content which has expired.
Press Release and Published News, Tender & Notices, Circulars & Notifications which have been withdrawn, or discontinued, or have exceeded 20 Years after archiving, may be expunged.

The Department provides this website and the information it contains as a public service. This system is monitored to ensure proper operation, to verify the functioning of applicable security features, and for comparable purposes. Anyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring.
Website is monitored periodically. The parameters like Performance, Functionality, Broken Links and Traffic Analysis are ensured for its optimal performance.
